   Hi, everyone! My name is Geoffrey, a 16-yeat-old boy, who comes from Bridging, Class 1012. My hometown is Jingzhou. My hobby is to play the piano and to do some physical exercise.

   Nowadays, environmental problems are getting worse and worse. It’s time for us to pay more attention to the way we live.

   First, we should keep a low-carbon lifestyle. For instance, we can have a carpool when we need to take a taxi to some places, which can not only help to protect environment but also help to reduce the burden of traffic.

   Second, it’s suitable to choose the clothes that are made from cotton, flax, or silk. They exactly fit you guys as well.

   Third, there are some details that we easily ignore in the daily life on the aspect of protecting the environment. For example, after charging an electronic equipment, you can pull out the charger, which can prevent the battery from breaking as well. What’s more, turning off the tap in time is a good way for us to save natural resources

   They are the comparative pictures which can show the glacier in Antarctica. The right one is what the glacier looked like in 2009, and the right one was the situation in 2015. Because the glacier melt, the sea levels rose a lot. Some of the places might be flooded by sea water, such as Venice or the country in Holland. Now, you know how emergency protecting the environment is.

   In conclusion, environmental protection is a big campaign that requires everybody’s participation and awareness on protecting the environment. To protect the environment equals to protect ourselves. That’s all, thank you！
