班级的凝聚，活动中的成长

在学校全英文建设的系列活动的推动下，我们班级群策群力，组织策划了本周三的英文日活动。此次活动以新加坡文化元素为背景，通过几个环节的游戏活动创设学英文、说英文的氛围。这次活动于我们而言是一次极好的锻炼，同学们对待活动的尽心投入和集体所展现出来的强大凝聚力，无疑是这次活动的精华所在。

为了周三英语日的活动，我们经过一个多星期的准备，终于出了一个完整的方案。策划的几个同学之前没有做过这样的全英文活动，为了活动当天取得好的效果，反复商讨和修改活动方案，具体细化到游戏的环节和内容，（游戏的题目也是同学们一题一题原创的）。新加坡这样一个建国不过百年的移民国，平时也了解的不多，想做出国家氛围真的是费尽心思。

游戏环节分为新加坡知识有奖竞猜和道家八卦两个部分。活动中，很多同学驻足抢答全英文设置的题目，从中也借机了解到了新加坡相关的知识，为自己的国际视角补充积淀。在快乐与挑战中，学英语说英语的气氛得到了加强。我们这个集体也在校园传递着热爱英语学习的正能量。

也许我们没有达到理想中的完美效果，没有制造出宛如踏入新加坡的意境，但是我们第一次作为一个班级一起经历这样的活动，组织者们花了长时间来讨论活动方案，全班一起经历了从未遇过的挑战，但是大家都自觉地恪尽职守。即使结果看上去并不专业，我们却很感念这过程中的感动和曲折。

Grow in English Day Activity

In response to the English Day activity on campus, the students in our homeroom 

worked together to plan and organized an English only day. Introducing Singapore 

culture, the activity included games that helped to create an English speaking 

atmosphere. The event greatly enhanced our teamwork and dedication as a corporative 

homeroom.

In order to prepare for the English-only Day activity, my classmates and I spent a week 

developing a thorough plan. As some of my teammates had not organized such activities 

before, we spent a great amount of time and energy into creating and revising the plan 

to every detail. We even came up with all the English questions on our own. We also 

experienced some difficulties when we were trying to create the Singapore scene, as we 

did not know much about this country.

The game is divided into two parts: Competitive race about Singapore and Taoist 

Magician. During the activities, lots of students showed curiosity and excitement. As a 

result, a lively atmosphere was created by the games. The questions about Singapore 

also helped students to think globally. The English- speaking atmosphere is promoted 

and our class spread the passion for English learning.

Maybe we did not reach the goal that we set for our activity, but we learned a lot 

from the process. This activity is definitely a valuable and unforgettable lesson to our 

homeroom class.
