武汉枫叶小学首届英语短剧比赛

   为营造全校浓厚的英语学习氛围，枫叶小学于2015年1月22日晚上18:00—19:40开展首届英语短剧比赛，以英语短剧的形式，让孩子们通过自己独特的表演方式，在轻松愉悦的气氛中，增强对英语学习的兴趣，锻炼学生的创新思维和舞台表现能力，体验学习英语的魅力。

   瞧，孩子们一个个都表演得有模有样，他们身着漂亮的服装，跳着欢快的舞蹈。演出活动中，有个性鲜明的主人公形象，跌宕起伏的故事，加上小演员们稚嫩的表演，生动的语言，台下观众们如痴如醉地徜徉在童话中，表演取得了圆满的成功，孩子们精彩的演出得到了台下领导及家长们如潮般的掌声。

为了孩子们在舞台上的那一刻，幕后的老师们付出了很多的辛劳与汗水。但老师们付出的所有时间和爱，只为给孩子的童年留下温暖的回忆和感动！孩子们在愉快的表演交流中体会着故事中所呈现的真善美，孩子们徜徉在童话世界里，分享着短剧的乐趣。

  On January 22nd, Maple Leaf Elementary School had its First Short Skits Competition. 

In order to increase the students’ interest in the event, students were giving lines and 

roles from various English sources that children enjoy. The students enjoyed dressing up

and really made them feel like they were the characters they portrayed; we had princes, 

princesses, bugs, and even a horse!

  The teachers worked closely with the children to make sure they performed at their 

best; and to make sure they had a great memory to look back on. The students and 

teachers spent lots of time and effort to show everyone their English and acting skills. 

It was our goal to make fairytales come to life on stage and to have fun doing it and 

we succeed with both!
