USAP—成长中的蜕变

I joined USAP this year, after learning from teachers and other partners, I got more confidence in English.
自从我参加五项全能后，在老师的教导下，我变得更加信心十足。
First, when I was having the Super Quiz, I was very nervous. After I calmed down, I have confidence. And I discuss with partners, and to answer the questions. Finally, our team got a silver award.
参加超级问答的时候，刚开始，我的内心忐忑不安，经过不断地调整，我逐渐对自己信心倍增，和队友一起去讨论回答。终于，我的团队在六年级中拿了银奖。
In future, I will work hard to become a comprehensively developed student.

Attended the USAP (United State Academic Pentathlon) I harvest a lot, feeling too deep, to feel that I have undergone a metamorphosis, this is my first time to participate in the USAP. I often thought about giving up when I was preparing for it. I didn't even understand most of the words in the textbooks at the first time I read them. However, I was reading the USAP textbook while others were still playing. I was preparing for the speech when others were snoring on the bed. I think this is why I had succeed and won the silver medal in Social Science and speech.I want to thank the teachers helping us with their own time. On the Chinese New Year the teachers were still working on this competition. Teachers do lots of things for us.This year’s success will be the past, on the next year we should make great effort. USAP see you next year.

这个春节和每年过的都不一样。我没有回老家，也没有去外面玩。这是为什么呢？因为这个春节，我要去参加美国学术五项全能的比赛。在校期间经过了三个月的培训，白天，我们认真地学好课内知识，晚上，我们利用晚自习的时间上五项全能的课程，学校作业都是利用课间写完的。放寒假了，我每天都在打卡学习，记忆大量生涩难懂的专业性很强的单词，在老师的带领下，把书一篇一篇地啃下来，把习题刷了一遍又一遍。我知道我现在要抓紧一切的时间努力学习，拼搏一把！
2月11号到2月14号我们去成都参加的美国学术五项全能的中国区比赛，在这次2019USAP美国学术五项全能比赛中我们获得可喜成绩。四个月来我们的努力和付出，我们用实力证明了我们是最棒的！看到我的同学们那么优秀，看到其他名校的学员那么优秀，我心里暗暗下决心，一定要向他们学习，争取明年的比赛取得好成绩，妈妈说多见识一下学术类的比赛锻炼一下自己，知道差距才知道要进取要努力。所以我的收获很大，这个春节也过得非常充实而有意义。来年再战，USAP!

我非常荣幸能参加这次的USAP，首先我要感谢学校给予我锻炼的机会，感谢老师们的鼓励和支持，感谢妈妈的辛苦陪伴和自己的勇气。在备赛的四个月时间里，我攻克了很多超难的知识点，学会了如何利用碎片化时间学习和整理规划学习内容。在这全新的学习模式下，我努力地付出，除了获取知识以外，我还学到了团队精神和合作能力。
I am very glad to join the 2019 USAP. First I want to thank the school for giving me the opportunity to participate, the encouragement and support from teachers, my mother's company and my courage. In the four months of preparation, I learned a lot of difficult knowledge and have a set of learning ways. In this new learning mode, besides knowledge, I also learned team spirit and cooperation.

一份耕耘一分收获，享受耕耘享受收获。这次USAP美国五项全能比赛，虽然我只获得了艺术的银奖和超级问答题团队银奖，但我对自己是满意的，因为我坚持下来了。回想这三个月参赛以来，只有一个字“累”，白天和晚上要正常完成班课，没时间松懈。通过这次五项全能比赛，我学会了坚持！
这次参赛，拓展了我的视野，磨炼了我的意志。我也看到了很多优秀的团队和个人参赛，和优秀的人在一起，自己也不知不觉会变得更优秀的！
我要感恩所有付出的老师们。感谢艺术屈老师，在大年三十还在关心我学习的事情，视频通话帮助我梳理学习内容的事情。
我要继续加油，向学霸和学神们学习，下次期待可以夺满连冠！

USAP给我的第一个感觉就是震撼。场面壮观，各校精英学霸在一起比赛。比赛赛制严格，每位选手都整装待发。我紧张的情绪一直持续到超级问答。直到那个时候，我的心情才稍稍平复，我和我的搭档们配合得很好，最后超级问答我们组得了银奖。
