2016年6月1日，武汉枫叶小学为孩子们举办了“物品交换”英语主题活动日，孩子们将自己闲置的物品、书籍和玩具进行了互换。这次活动既丰富了孩子们的生活，又锻炼了他们的英语口语交际能力，更培养了他们的节约意识。

交换体验

活动中，孩子们用全英文交流方式，努力说服他人与自己进行物品交换，使自己手中的物品具有更大价值。活动中不乏出现“明星交换物”深受众多孩子追捧，此时孩子们纷纷展示出舌战群儒的惊人口才，紧张、激烈的“讨价还价”，力争换得自己心仪物品，小志愿者们在人群中来回穿梭，忙的不亦乐乎，整个活动会场欢笑此起彼伏，孩子们在展现沟通才华同时，还收获了友谊与欢乐。

活动圆满结束后，初步统计超200对孩子成功进行交换，这一天，孩子们十分快乐！

结语

曾经，加拿大小伙凯尔·麦克唐纳德以一枚红色大曲别针为资本，经过16次物物交换，最终不仅实现了换别墅的梦想，而且还与兰登书屋公司签订了出书协议，并把电影拍摄权卖给了好莱坞梦工厂。“以物换物”不仅是一个主题活动，更是一种生活态度。现在的孩子生活丰富多彩，玩具书籍琳琅满目，但就是在这样一个锦衣足食的时代，枫叶小学通过开展有趣的教育活动，寓教于乐，潜移默化的为孩子创造感受节约意识的环境，让孩子们在交流中成长，在成长中感悟。今天孩子们收获了一份交换成功的喜悦，将来他们会慢慢明白以物易物可以更合理、更低成本地调取资源，物尽其用。换物不仅是时尚，更是一种精神，值得推广。

Goods Exchange Day

On June 1st, the school holds the ‘Goods Exchange’ English theme day for all the children. The students exchange their leftover goods, books and toys. The event not only enriches the children's lives, exercises their spoken English, and also cultivates their conservation.

     First, the students label their goods and line up in front of the exchanging area.

     Activity area: We prepare two places for lower and higher grade students. And in each building we both have exchanging area and service area. Students from 503 and 504 are responsible for organization and coordination, and give the coupons to the children who take part in.

     In the activity, many children communicate with others in English, they try to convince others to exchange with their own goods to make items with greater value. Activities lacking a "popular goods" sought after by many children, then the children have demonstrated amazing eloquence group of words and strive to exchange their favorite items, the volunteers in the crowd shuttling back and forth, they are busy enjoying their work, the children show their talent in communication and get friendship and joy.

     Once, a Canadian guy called Kyle MacDonald had a red pin, after 16 times of exchanging, he not only achieved the house for his ultimate dream, but also signed a letter of agreement with Random House, and sold it to the Hollywood dream factory. "Goods exchange" is not only a theme activity; it is an attitude to life. Today our children live a colorful life with enough food and nice clothes, the school makes educational activities fun, and create a subtle awareness of environmental conservation experience. Today they harvest an exchange the joy of success, in the future they will slowly understand that barter can be more rational and more cost-effectively. Exchange is not only fashion, but also a spirit worthy of promotion
