下课后，您的孩子都在做什么？

——访谈武汉枫叶小学的“After-school club” 

伴随着下课铃声的响起，一天的学习终于结束啦。此时的孩子们都会干些什么呢？享用完丰盛晚餐后，孩子们陆续来到了阶梯教室，等待他们的是晚自习？不，他们将参与一种全新的课后辅导——After-school club！不同于传统的课后辅导小组，After-school club的辅导老师都是来自于枫叶高中的优秀志愿者们，这些学长学姐们一对一的辅导自己的学弟、学妹学习，让我们来看一下俱乐部的盛大场面吧！

小小的After-school club满满都是快乐的学习氛围。“老师”与“学生”们彼此经过简单的相互介绍后，很快进入了学习状态。他们有的在解答学习中遇到的重难点，有的在耐心辅导完成作业，还有的在教授课本知识。这样的学习方式让整个After-school club充满活力。

     After-school club的创新教学机制体现在以下3点

l  “0代沟”模式让课后辅导活动处于快乐、饱满的状态。

l “小老师，大朋友”传授的不仅仅是知识，更注重培养孩子们的交际能力。 

l 把握课后辅导的“兴奋点”，推动后进生的学习内驱力。

学生访谈语录

l 来自504班的郑心怡说道：“很感谢大哥哥大姐姐们的耐心辅导，他们不仅加强了我的英语自然拼读能力，更教会我一些有用的方法与课外知识。”

l 来自501班的杨佳欣则谈到：“高中的大哥哥会教我如何读课文以及辅导完成作业，对于提高学习成绩很有帮助。”

l 而来自高中的一名学生Lycan在谈自己的教学体会中说：“这种形式的辅导让我很有成就感，教小孩子对我来说是件很有意义的事情。”

l 另一名高中学生Coco也反馈道：“相对于这些孩子的老师，同样作为学生的我们更懂得如何从孩子的角度去引导他们更高效的学习，对于辅导完成作业更有经验，同时更容易表现出友好。”

l Rainy同学说：“孩子们就像一张张白纸需要人指导他们画出彩色的画。在帮助他们的过程中，我变得更耐心，也变得不一样了。”

l Dannie同学说：“小孩子们非常可爱，他们总是坦露自己的内心。在传递爱和知识的同时，我也收获了快乐。”

孔子在《论语》中说：“知之者，不如好之者，好之者，不如乐之者。”在孔子看来，乐学是学习的最高境界。乐学就是创设一种愉快的教学环境，在“师生”心境愉快，情感融洽的情况下学习知识，增长智慧。After-school club正是秉承了这一理念，通过环境的丰富性、多样性和层次性，推动孩子自主的快乐学习，让我们携手在枫叶西式教育机制中大胆尝试、积极反思，愉快感受和孩子互动的一种欣喜体验吧！

   After a whole-day class, what will our children do? Some students from grade 5 & 6 will join in after-school club. It’s different from other class; all the teachers are actually high school students. Let’s have a look.
   Our after-school club is full of happy atmosphere. After knowing each other, they quickly enter the state of learning. Some of them talk about how to figure out the hard points. Some of them try to help our kids to know how to do homework. Others teach our kids some knowledge that can’t find on the book. All this kind of study makes the club lively.

   Eva from class 504 said: “Thanks so much for these little teachers, they help her to improve her ability about phonics and also teach her some useful knowledge.”
   Lily from class 501 said: “The high school little teachers help her to read the book well and teach her how to do homework fast and correctly.”
One high student Lycan said: “This job is a challenge for him but he enjoy the interesting time with these kids.”
   Another high student Coco said: “After-school club is a good way for some young students to study happily, as a high school student; I know the course and knowledge very well, so it’s easier for me to help these children with their study.”
   Rainy Xi said: “In my opinion, the children all like blank sheets; they need the right people to guide them and help them in their spiritual draw colorful paintings. In the process of helping them, which makes me more patient. Let me continue to exercise and found a different me.
