“传经送宝”—记枫叶小学6年级学长、学姐交流会

     “枫叶中学日常生活是怎么样的？”“在英语课堂上学生学习了什么？”“学长、学姐喜欢学习什么？”这些问题源自于枫叶小学6年级学长、学姐交流会。了解才知道，原来，为了提前了解初中生活，为顺利进入初中做准备，6年级外教Sheetal老师主动邀请了枫叶中学章宇轩、陈奕霖、刘世齐、薛昱晓四位同学来给601-604班的学弟、学妹们分享交流。他们使用PPT向全方位讲述了初中的日常生活、学习。

问答环节：学长表示，在接下来的半年里，希望学弟学妹一方面应该努力学习，另一方面应该珍惜小学的“最后时光”。 

Middle School Visit and Talk

     What is the Maple Leaf Middle School daily routine like? What do the students study in English class? What do they like to learn? These are some of the questions grade 6 students are thinking about in their final year at Maple Leaf Elementary School. The grade 6 students compiled a list of questions they want to know about middle school life. Towards the end of the first semester some grade 7 students visited the grade 6 classes to talk about their studies in middle school. They prepared a PowerPoint presentation and bought their binder and books for the students to look at. As they spoke to the students they painted a clear picture of middle school life. Then the grade 6 students asked questions to learn more.  The grade 7 students were friendly, encouraging and engaged the students with their answers. They motivated the students to work hard and enjoy the time they have left at Maple Leaf Elementary school. They left the grade 6 students with some parting advice to inspire them to build on their strong learning motivations. The Maple Leaf Education System is not only a group of schools, but a family encouraging and motivating each other to achieve.
