小帽子承载大梦想

今天下雨，可是武汉枫叶学校的小学生们个个心情都很灿烂，因为今天是“帽子日”，整个校园都被一种快乐的氛围笼罩着。为了丰富校园生活，让孩子们快乐学习，为了给学生提供彰显个性的平台，我校将每月的第二个周三定为英语主题日活动，形成校园英语文化氛围。

早上一进校园，我就被形形色色的帽子给震惊了。看这些小小的古灵精怪们，一个个的小人儿都有着大智慧。他们的帽子大多使用卡纸，还有一些废弃的纸箱子，纸杯，纸盘做的，真正的做到了变废为宝，这么小的孩子都有环保意识，我们的孩子真是帮帮哒。课间操上，看我们这些舞动的“帽子”们。

高年级的一些孩子做的帽子都有一定的寓意。小帽子承载着大梦想！604班的Tom同学做了一顶学士帽，他希望自己能学有所成。

603班的Henry同学做了一顶蚂蚁帽子，他希望自己能拥有蚂蚁一样不怕苦，坚持不懈的精神。

今天我们还有一个特殊的活动——看电影。帽子做的最好的学生和今天用英语跟同学和老师交流的学生都可以获得一场电影票，为了得到电影票，每个孩子都在努力的“秀”着他们的英语！得到电影票的学生们也尽情的享受着这属于他们的“成功”。

今天是开心的一天，孩子们通过自己的帽子向我们传递了太多东西：环保，梦想，希望，创意，快乐。期待着下一次惊喜！

Happy Crazy Hat Day

It's raining today, but the students of Wuhan Maple Leaf School are all very happy, because today is "Crazy Hat Day", the entire campus is covered with a sense of happiness. To make learning fun for the students and enrich campus life, to give students chances to show off their personality and character, the school makes every second Wednesday of each month be English Theme Day.

When I went into the campus in the morning, I was surprised by all kinds of hats.Look at these little kids, each of them has a great wisdom. Most of their hats are made of card paper, waste paper box, paper cups and paper plates, such a small child has environmental protection consciousness, they are so great. During the exercise break, please have a look at the “dancing hats”.
Some high grade students make the hats with a certain meaning. Little hat is carrying a big dream! Tom is a student of 604. He made a bachelor hat, he wishes he will be smart, but actually, he is the smartest one in his class.

Henry is from 603. His hat looks like an ant, he hopes to have far like ants. He said he likes the spirit of ants ---perseverance.
Today we also had a special activity. The students who made the creative hats could get a movie ticket. And the students who communicated with classmates and teachers most also could get a ticket, they could watch a movie after lunch .In order to get the ticket, All children were trying their best to "show" their English !

Today is a special day, and everyone had a good time. the children passed many things to us through their hats: environmental protection, dreams, hopes,and happiness. Looking forward to the next activity!
