单词拼写团队挑战赛

5月15日下午，八年级的15名学生参加了高中预备班举行的单词拼写团队挑战赛，获得了很好的成绩。本次比赛共有6队选手参加，八年级的15名选手组成3个代表队，比赛规则为每队的队员依次拼写评委老师读出的单词，写对者留下继续比赛，写错者淘汰，淘汰者有被队友拯救的机会，最后哪组留下的队员最多，哪组获胜。八年级的三个代表队表现优异，团队合作默契，最后分别获得一等奖和两个二等奖的好成绩。通过参加本次比赛，增强了学生记忆单词的自信和兴趣。

                                        English Spelling Bee Competition

On May 15, fifteen students from Grade 8 attended the Spelling Bee Competiton

 with the high school students and got good awards. There are 6 teams in the 

competition,including three teams of middle school. Each student of the team 

will spell the word from the judge, at last the team which has the most students

 left will win the competition. The middle school students did good team work 

and got the top three prizes. This competition increases the students’ interest 

of learning English words.
