作为枫叶后勤人，一名普通的白案师傅，她一直坚守着枫叶后勤集团管理理念，坚持以服务师生为导向，做出健康菜肴，是她追求的目标。

“认真只可以把事情做对，用心才可以把事情做好”。正是她的这份负责与用心，让她在平凡的岗位上不同凡响。
