枫叶之于我而言，其实是一场意外。

人生中总是充满了无限的可能性，三年前我和大多数初中生一样，每天过着和书本习题为伴的日子，平淡无奇，疲惫不堪。中考之前，我的成绩一直很稳定，我原本也以为自己可以就这样进入心仪的高中，然而中考的失利却令我陷入了迷茫之中。

那时的我，对于未来一无所知。
于是在深思熟虑之后，我融入了武汉枫叶国际学校这个大家庭。枫叶可以说是我人生中的一个巨大的转折点，在枫叶的这三年，从初来乍到的紧张不安到后来每天都过得充实而快乐，高中生活教会了我很多，我也感觉自己在这里成长甚多：枫叶的学习过程与学习结果相结合的学习体制不会让我有一考定终身的压力和焦虑，反而让我更加明白学习是脚踏实地、一步一个脚印方能获得成功的；我不断培养自主学习能力，知道学习是自己的事情，是为了自己而不是别的其它。
进入枫叶高中，我发现学校里有很多很多的活动等着我们去参与，所以我在学习之余，也参加了枫叶多种多样的社团。枫叶的学习让我享受全方面的成长，这种以世界为书本的学习体验，让我累并快乐着。
虽然说枫叶不同于公立学校，但是这里的学习生活并不轻松。我常常会觉得自己的前途渺茫，觉得身边的人比自己优秀得多，会有孤独、迷惘又沉默忧郁，但如果靠这段时间与自己独处，多看一些书，去做可以做的事，等你度过低潮，那些独处的时光必定能照亮你前进的路，经历过的人和事让你能够变得更成熟，看似生活对你的亏欠，其实都是祝愿；我学会了向前看，因为值得期待的只有前方。
凡事都得耐烦去做，你要为自己的生活负责，要去努力，应当用力量固执着你的希望向前去奋斗，到力尽气竭为止。光阴似水，往事也只能回味。三年想想很长，过起来确是如此短暂。仿佛昨天还是那个懵懂无知的高一新生，眼前不断重复着三年的光景，跌跌撞撞中已拿到期待大学的0ffer。这三年来，无论经历什么我确信的是只能坚持往前走。人生就是这样，在一次次尝试和挑战中优于过去的自己。

我很感谢我身边的所有人，是你们让我想要变得更好更优秀。
这一段航程即将落下帷幕，还有更精彩的未来在等待着我们。但无论何时，我们都应该成为更好的自己，因为我们只有变得更好了，才会更幸福。
就像作家三毛所说的，“除了自渡，他人爱莫能助”。

For me, Maple Leaf is actually an accident.
Life is always full of infinite possibilities. Three years ago, like most junior high school students, I lived with the book exercises as a companion day, prosaic, exhausted.
Before the test, my results have been very stable, I originally thought that I can goto the high school that I want, but the failure of the exam made me confused.

At that time, I knew nothing about the future. After careful consideration, I was integrated into the Wuhan Maple Leaf International School. Maple Leaf is a huge turning point in my life. High-School life taught me a lot, I also feel likeI've grown up here, Maple Leaf learning process and learning results combined with the learning system will not let me have a lifetime of stress and anxiety, but let me understand that learning is step-by-step; I constantly cultivate the ability to learn independently, know that learning is their own business, For himself, not for anything else. Into the Maple Leaf High School, I found that there are a lot of school activities waiting for us to participate, so I study, but also participated in a variety of activities.

Learning allows me to enjoy the growth of all aspects of the world as a book learning experience, let me feel tired and happy. Although maple leaf is different from the public school, but the study life here is not easy. I often feel that my future is slim, that people around me are much better than myself, there will be loneliness, confusion and silent and melancholy, but if you rely on this time alone with yourself, read more books, to do what can be done, and so you through the low tide, those alone time will be able to illuminate your way forward, experiences let you become more mature. You have to be responsible for your life, to work hard, you should use the strength of your hope to stubborn forward to struggle. Time is like water, the past can only after taste. Three years is a long time but also short. For three years, no matter what I have been through, I am sure that I can continue going.
Life is like this, in a trial and a challenge more than the past self.
I appreciate all the people around me, and you make me want to be better. This voyage is about to come to an end, and a more wonderful future awaits us.
But no matter when, we should be better than ourselves, because only is we become better, we would be happier.
